Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at rusticbarncoffeeco.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
